Can I use Web Check-in if I have checked baggage?

No, only passengers with e-ticket reservations and WITHOUT check-in baggage may use the Web Check-in feature. If there are several passengers in the booking, you can Web Check-in only the parties that do not have checked baggage. Using Web Check-in with checked baggage may result in the checked baggage not being accepted.
