Position Responsibility
• To ensure maintenance of the Regional Express fleet of aircraft is completed and certified in accordance with regulatory, manufacturers and Regional Express Maintenance Control Manual requirements
• Completing all line maintenance activities on the Regional Express fleet of SAAB 340 aircraft
• Supervision of unlicenced engineers (LAME's only)
• Maintain all engineering vehicles, equipment and property in a clean and useable state for other shifts.

Essential Selection Criteria
• Proven self starter with a flexible attitude
• Ability to work a 5 (Wagga) or 7 (Melbourne) day shift roster
• Proven ability to work in a close knit team environment, but also have an ability to work unsupervised
• A demonstrated willingness to accept responsibility
• Understanding and willingness to accept the sometimes harsh work environment of Line Maintenance engineering
• Ability to obtain an airport ASIC security ID
• Hold a state drivers licence with the ability to obtain a SACL Airside Driving Authority

Preferred Selection Criteria
• Group 20 / 21 Mechanical or Avionic Licences with preference to SAAB 340 ratings
• Experience in Airline Operations
