REX FLEX

Changes via Customer Contact Centre (13 17 13) or online (rex.com.au)
• Flight changes (i.e. date, time) are permitted up to 40 mins before scheduled time of departure at no charge.
• Fare is fully-refundable, if cancellation made at least 40 mins before scheduled time of departure
Note that if ticket has been upgraded from a non-refundable category (e.g. Rex Saver or Rex Net) to Rex Flex, only the amount paid for the upgrade (i.e. fare difference between original fare type and Rex Flex) will be refunded.
• Ticket can be cancelled for future use at no charge, travel must be completed within one year from the original ticket issue date.


Change via Customer Contact Centre only
• Name changes are permitted at no charge.
• Change of origin or destination is not allowed
• Fare is forfeited if passenger fails to check-in before the flight is closed (30 mins for Sydney, Melbourne & Adelaide; 15 mins for regional airports)


REX BIZ

Changes via Customer Contact Centre (13 17 13) or online (rex.com.au)
• Flight changes (i.e. date, time) are permitted up to 2 hours before scheduled time of departure at no charge.
In the event that your fare category is not available, you will have to pay additional to have access to the next best fare.
• Fare is fully-refundable if cancellation made at least 2 hours before scheduled time of departure and subject to an admin fee. Fees for online changes are lower.
Note that if ticket has been upgraded from a non-refundable category (e.g. Rex Saver or Rex Net) to Rex Biz, only the amount paid for the upgrade (i.e. fare difference between original fare type and Rex Biz) will be refunded, less applicable admin fee.

• Fare is non-transferable and non-refundable. However if booking is at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure, the ticket is valid for travel within one year from the original ticket issue date and subject to applicable admin fee. Fee for online changes are lower.
• Change of origin or destination and name change are not allowed
• Fare is forfeited if passenger fails to check-in before the flight is closed (30 mins for Sydney, Melbourne & Adelaide; 15 mins for regional airports)


REX SENIOR (+60)

• Applicable to Seniors aged 60 years and above
• Proof of age will be required at check-in
